The SAP2003 is a high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array. It consists of seven NPN Darlington pairs, all units feature a common emitter. The device has a 2.7kΩ series base resistor for each Darlington pair for operation directly with TTL and 5V CMOS devices.
The SAP2003 is capable of sinking up to 500mA, and the maximum operating voltage reaches 50V. The Darlington pairs may be connected in parallel for higher current capability.
