The company was established on February 1st, 2018 by an agreement between Hangzhou Silan Microelectronics Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Semiconductor Investment Group Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 900 million Yuan. Located at No. 99 Lanying Road, Haicang District, Xiamen, the company mainly designs and manufactures GaN epitaxial blue/green/white LED chips, GaAs epitaxial red LED chips, GaAs epitaxial laser device chips, InP optical communication device chips and third-generation power semiconductor chips and other compound semiconductor chips.
